APRIL Group defined the international development as its first priority to reach its ambitions for 2012.
To multiply its opportunities for growth and geographically diversify its activities in line with a long-term vision, APRIL Group is working to strengthen the international focus of its development. Today, the Group's business outside of France represents 8% of total revenues.
Our aim is to achieve 20% of the group's gross margin out of France.
Today 18 companies in 25 countries are representing the group at a global level.
APRIL Group International was created in this context to manage the international development strategy of the group and insure the perpetuity of our businesses outside of France.
Our development strategy is based on the spread of our know-how on three main stakes:
- the masterbroker business model
- International Private Medical Insurance
- Assistance & travel insurance
Growth and innovation challenges
The Group is exporting its masterbroker, value architect, niche development and total quality expertise to new countries, capitalizing on its experience in one of the most competitive countries in the insurance world - France.
It is also leveraging all the possible lessons that can be learned from experiences in other countries, where certain links in the value chain may be more innovative than in France, in order to help consolidate its competitive advantagee on its domestic market.
Various areas for development
Today, the Group is present in 8 European countries other than France. Outside of Europe, the Group has implanted in Canada with APRIL North America. APRIL Mobilité has also opened an administrative office in Mexico.
