APRIL Insurety

Founded in 1997 by Clive Bell, APRIL Insurety has 55 employees and is a broker specialising in personal protection and health insurance contracts.

The company focuses more particularly on accident guarantees and medical expenses. Its products are marketed through a network of 150 independent consultants (110 in the United Kingdom and 40 in Ireland) that generated revenues of €8.34m in 2007.

2008 joining APRIL GROUP's international network of innovating companies will offer to APRIL Insurety the opportunity of diversifying its offer through access to other products while benefiting from additional know-how in terms of claims and portfolio management.

The transaction will enable APRIL GROUP to buttress its presence in the United Kingdom and open up its personal insurance business through access to an exclusive distribution network.
